Zulia & Huipa wants you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return 5 days from the date of receipt. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received with the original packaging and tags attached.
There are no returns or exchanges on SALE items or INTERNATIONAL orders.
To start a return, you can contact us at zuliahuipa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow 7 days for us to process your return from the time you send your return. As soon as we receive please allow 2 business days.
We are unable to directly EXCHANGE an item at the time of processing your return. If you wish to exchange an item please place a new order with us online (subject to availability). Then please ship back the incorrect item and a refund will be issued once received.
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
